Your privacy is paramount. Our system is set up to prevent anyone who you do not invite to see your posts or any information about your child or yourself. We also will guard your email address so that it will not be used for marketing or any purpose you do not want.

You retain ownership of any image you post on this site.
You acknowledge that once posted, your picture, or information, is, to some degree, public.
When you delete a picture or message, it will be removed from our servers.
By posting an image or message, you give us permission to reproduce it for your visitors.

Safety
As with any online experience, we encourage you to take common sense precautions against giving out too much personal information. We also insist that you do not use this forum as a means to intimidate, harass, market, or stalk. We do not allow:
collecting or requesting personal information from others
uploading any file except pictures
bullying, hate speech, discrimination, promoting illegal activity, pornography, engaging in illegal activity, etc.
use the site to post or send any commercial communications

Registering
In order to register, you must
provide correct and true information requested
be at least 13 years old
legally be able to conduct business with an American organization
NOT be a sex offender
keep your profile current and correct
keep your password and account information private and not do anything to jeopardize the security of your account
not transfer your account to anyone without our permission

Rights and Responsibilities
You must not infringe on the rights of others by your posts or images displayed. We reserve the right to remove any image or message that appears to violate intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove messages that violate our terms of service. Repeat offenders may have their accounts deleted. Any information you collect from your visitors must be protected by you. You must clearly state that you, and not 12 Memories, are collecting the information. We reserve the right to contact all registered members as needed to share important news or information. However, we do not have a regular email or newsletter. We have no plans to regularly email members.

Subscribing to a page
You agree to allow emails sent from the editor of any page you subscribe to. You may opt out of receiving email notifications when there are new memories listed on the pages you have a subscription.

Amendments
We reserve the right to update our terms of service. Any use of this site constitutes agreement with our terms.
